Woops, Bought More Crap (Again)
Posted by Cap in Woops, Bought Crap |Went to the grocery store to pick up some salmon for dinner…
Came back with extra goodies.

Couldn’t help it. They were going 3 for $4.50. It’s a steal.

I’m always fascinated by the mind games vendors play on us – why did you buy three? They’re still a buck fifty a box right? Why not two or four?

Yeah you’re right on that. It wasn’t one of those must buy X number to get discount deals.
I didn’t realized that until I looked at the receipt. Impulsive buy and all. I would have been fine with only 2 boxes. Doh!

I love Cap’n Crunch. But if I eat too much, the cereal edges are sharp or something and it feels like they are cutting the inside of my mouth. Anyways, sorry for the pleasant though, I’m not sure why I felt I had to share that.

alright alright, after these three boxes, no more sweet cereals for at least 3 months.
maybe 4 months!
don’t worry Jonathan, I know what you mean. sometimes they’re too crunchy for their own good.

Spending money to save money? There’s a word for that… it’s called spaving.

Yeah, the only thing wrong with Cap’n Crunch is it messes up the roof of your mouth.

3 for only $4.50… That is cheap. Leaving in Hawaii you learn not to buy cereal because it costs about $5-$7 just for one.
