		<description>It seems like more and more people are taking advantage of high interest bank accounts by using 0% credit cards to finance them. It&#039;s a great scheme-- and it&#039;s FREE MONEY!

But most people aren&#039;t aware, don&#039;t want the hassle-- or don&#039;t have the financial savvy to figure it out. I guess that&#039;s a good thing because if everybody was doing it-- 0% credit cards would disappear, or credit card companies (and banks) would find ways to stop this practice.</description>
