>Think twice before you rent-to-own. Interest rates on rent-to-own purchases can be very high. If you miss a payment, you could end up with nothing. Consider other options such as buying second-hand at a thrift shop or through ads in your local newspaper.

Or you could put off the purchase and save the money to pay cash.

------------------------------

>Work-at-Home ads usually don’t pay off. Be especially wary of ads that promise huge annual salaries; they often require expensive upfront fees with no guarantee. You risk losing your money and wasting a lot of time and energy.

I see these ads all the time where Tim G. from Ohio made $12,000 last month working from home in his spare time. My question is: Why would you have to advertise this over and over, or at all. People should be beating down your door and paying thousands for the "secret" It should at least cost more than $19.95. ;)

RE: #8

In Michigan most real estate agencies offer a buyer's agent option so long as you sign a buyer's agency agreement and agree to work solely with that agent. Signing that agreement is the equivilant of hiring that agent to represent you.

If you choose to work with multiple agents, and refuse to sign an agreement with a buyer's agent, then yes, Real Estate agents do still represent the seller.

We all die in the end. That's why being a smart consumer of insurance products and financial planning with trusts and estates is so important.

What I mean is being smart financially isn't just self serving, it's part of taking care of our loved ones as well right?
