- Received Follow-Up Email Regarding Customer Service:

And that was the entire email.
It’s blank. No links, no survey questions. Nada.
I couldn’t even tell them that their Customer Care hotline sucks.

I just found a website regarding Best Buy. I guess lots of people have bad experiences with the return policy and long term service agreements. Check out BestBuySucks. com

Leaving a complaint on http://www.ripoffreport.com and letting others know how they do business might be a good idea also.

thanks for the links guys. hmm I dont think I’ll really complain since it was just the usual long wait time on phone. I’m sure they have about 50 million of those.
but yeah.. best buy is definitely one of the last place I head to to shop for big ticket items.
