I should be more specific on my time frame and mention bargains via auction and online sites, but many of them will carry reasonable return policy too these days too.

but sometimes it wont be worth the hassle, or you wont actually be able to return something &amp; get difference back due to restocking fee or cruddy return policy. 

but yeah you&#039;re definitely right, most major retailers will be hassle-free.. Target is a pretty reasonable one, every time I return something at Target is because I found it cheaper at Walmart - and thats the exact reason I give too.</description>
