Try california rolls (from trader joes). Americanized version of sushi, any american will like it.

You need to find a good all you can eat sushi place. There’s a number of them out there and you can eat for $12-14 on the lower side and have unlimited sushi.

The buffet place I go to sometimes has about 30 varieties of sushi available plus another 15 or so mostly Japanese entrees and various salads and desserts. Considering it’s twice the price of what some burger joints expect for their craptacular foods it makes the all you can eat sushi quite an amazing deal.

$3-10.00 for a piece of sushi is almost as bad as McDonald’s now trying to get us to pay over $4.00 for a salad!

love japanese food too except raw fish ;) and for the price, I’d get chinese dimsum instead

I occasionally “do sushi” with my friends. One of our friends doesn’t eat fish – cooked, raw or otherwise. He has no problem joining us and ordering chicken teriyaki and having a couple of beers.
