The web site is horrible and unprofessional. Here's the great gotcha. When you schedule a transfer, it will be in the pending transfers list for a few hours. Then it will disappear entirely for a day or so. This may lead you to believe that something went wrong and you may want to reschedule the transfer. DON'T. Giving you no information about the transfer is Emigrant Direct's way of telling you that they don't value you as a customer, but don't worry the transfer will still go through at some point and may show up in your account one day. If you scheduled another transfer, you will potentially get NSF fees from your bank. Fun! I highly recommend ING Direct. It's awesome, I've had that account for over 2 years now with no issues. It's not worth the extra interest at Emigrant Direct, you'll just eat it up with NSF fees anyway. Here’s my review, Emigrant Direct sucks.
