The book prices are killing me! The bad part is these really are required text, seeing as how I’ll be taking two online courses. It seems book prices on half.com, Amazon’s Marketplace isn’t as low as before… d’oh?

I have purchased some textbooks from England. For some reason, even with taxes and delivery, you can get many textbooks much cheaper form there and from other European countries. Just go to one of the book price comparison places and check these out. ncnblog

Wait until classes start in some places. If you can wait a week or two, prices will go down dramatically. I’m fairly lucky that my classes don’t start until after Labor Day, when many schools start before. It gives me some time to wait for prices to go down.

I usually do that before, wait a bit and the prices DO go down.. but I don’t want to fall behind, especially since I think 2 of these online course will require lots o’ reading.
Well I can’t find any bargins from oversea, BUT I did buy a few international English versions that are exactly the same but much much cheaper.
